Our cleaning process removes all residual oil, grease, and debris, ensuring that every part is free of contaminants. We then perform a thorough inspection using advanced testing methods to identify any signs of wear, damage, or stress, guaranteeing durability and optimal functionality before reassembly.

• NDT Services & Repairs

  Our non-destructive testing services ensure each component is examined without causing further wear or damage. We offer comprehensive repairs, including precise welding, machining, boring, and grinding to restore parts to their original specifications. Additionally, we apply specialized wear coatings to shafts and gear journals, extending their service life and resistance to friction and corrosion.

• Failure Analysis & Modifications

  Our expert team conducts in-depth failure analyses to determine the root cause of any issues and provide tailored solutions. If needed, we can modify or upgrade components, ensuring they meet or exceed operational demands. This includes full shaft repairs or replacements, as well as precision line boring, which restores alignment and tolerance for better performance and longevity.
