-
Barrels and Tubes
For damaged barrels and tubes, our proprietary “Save Our Tubes” process addresses pits, cavities, and other wear without compromising wall thickness. Our overlay application guarantees no chipping, flaking, or peeling, with a chrome finish of 8-10 RMS.
- Material Types: Steel, Nickel, Stainless Steel
- Barrel/Tube Types: Bash, Oval, Round
- Turnaround: Re-chromed tubes and barrels delivered in as little as 7 to 10 days.
-
Homogenizer Rebuilding
Experienced in APV, Manton, Gaulin Tetra-Pak, and Niro Soavi homogenizers, we offer complete rebuilds that restore performance to OEM standards.
- Wet-End Rebuild: Includes full disassembly, polishing, valve rebuilds, and pressure testing, with the option for witnessing tests.
- Piston Rebuilding: We remove existing coatings, apply new chrome or spray coating, and grind pistons to OEM specs.
- Drive-End Rebuild: Stripping, repainting, and complete drive-end restoration to ensure reliable operation.
All rebuilt homogenizers come with a one-year warranty, and cylinder blocks are guaranteed to be fully operational upon arrival.

Thermal Spray Metal Coating
Metal Spraying offers solutions for high-wear parts that require exceptional durability in extreme environments. We use HVOF, electric arc, and ceramic coating systems for applications requiring resistance to erosion, corrosion, and wear.
-
Process
In our thermal spray coating process, tiny particles of metal or other materials are melted and sprayed onto a surface to create a durable, protective layer. Using a thermal spray gun, the material is heated and then shot at high speed onto the surface, building a coating that enhances the base material’s performance and longevity. This process adds durability and can help extend the life of worn or damaged parts without causing them to overheat.
-
Industries Served
Virtually any industry can benefit from the advantages of thermal spraying. Common applications include mining, power generating, oil and gas refining, chemical, and pulp & paper industries.
-
Coating Options
Tungsten carbide, nickel alloys, cobalt alloys, and more, available in various grades and compositions for tailored protection.
