Pump & Blower Repair
Precision Repairs for Pumps and Blowers
We specialize in high-quality pump and blower repairs that keep your equipment performing at its best. Our skilled technicians handle everything from diagnostics to precision repairs for all pump types—including centrifugal, positive displacement, and vacuum—as well as industrial blowers. With advanced techniques and a 36-month warranty, we ensure minimal downtime and long-lasting reliability for your operations.
Our Process
1. Initial Assessment
Each repair begins with a thorough inspection to identify any signs of wear, damage, or malfunction. Our technicians use advanced diagnostic tools to evaluate essential components like seals, bearings, impellers, volutes, and motors, pinpointing the root cause of any issues for an accurate repair plan.
2. Comprehensive Inspection
Following the initial assessment, we conduct a comprehensive inspection to assess wear and tear, alignment, seal integrity, and bearing condition. This process includes checking for erosion, alignment accuracy, seal performance to prevent leaks, and bearing quality to reduce friction and overheating.
3. Damage Analysis
After inspection, we analyze the extent of any damage to determine which components require repair or replacement. This thorough analysis ensures that no underlying issues are missed, enabling us to prioritize repairs that ensure long-term reliability for your equipment.
4. Precision Repair Techniques
With a clear repair plan in place, we employ specialized techniques to restore your pump to its original specifications. This may involve machining services to restore dimensions, replacing irreparable parts with OEM-quality components, and reconditioning key parts to meet or exceed industry standards.
5. Reassembly and Calibration
Once repairs are complete, we carefully reassemble and calibrate the pump to match manufacturer specifications. This meticulous process ensures that optimal flow, pressure, and efficiency are achieved, allowing your equipment to perform at peak levels.
6. Comprehensive Testing
Before returning the pump to service, we perform rigorous testing to confirm reliability. Hydraulic testing verifies flow and pressure capacity, performance testing ensures smooth operation without leaks, and a final inspection guarantees that all repairs meet our high-quality standards.

Balancing Capabilities
We take rotating equipment reliability seriously. That’s why we dynamically balance blower rotors and vacuum pump rotors to Grade 0.63, surpassing the balance grade set by ISO 1940-1:2003 Mechanical Vibration standards for rigid state pump impellers.
At Martin Equipment Rebuilders we utilize the Schenck HM40B Balancing & Diagnostic System to balance a wide spectrum of rotors including helical screw, tri-lobe, bi-lobe, fans, wheels and shafts.
